A 15-year-old boy drowned after being pulled from a swimming pool at an apartment complex in Portland, Maine, reports say.
Emergency services were called earlier this month regarding a possible drowning at the Princeton Pines apartment complex on Forest Avenue. Upon arrival, the boy was pulled from the pool by firefighters and paramedics and taken to Maine Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead.
The teenager evidently lived in the apartment complex and was swimming alone. His body was discovered by other residents, who called EMS. His name was not released at the time of the report.
