The body of an elderly white male was discovered in the Susquehanna River after when a boater from the Highspire Boat Club first spotted it. The boater called 911 and waited as emergency services arrived.
Reports say that police were uncertain at last report if it was a drowning, suicide, or that perhaps he died from a medical condition and then fell into the river, post trauma.
